Help this Lady she writes. i have 1,650,000.00 in account to build a house for my husband.

i am a mother of 2 girls and a boy married to my hubby since 2002 we have be staying in my hubby's father house in the village while we based in Port Harcourt, my hubby and i have no personal house of ours in the village only for us to come back home this xmas the elder sister of my hubby for no just reasons locked up the whole building of my late father inlaw and asked my husband to go and build his personal house to avoid problems since everyone in the family knows her with trouble we left my hubbys home town to my place spent 3days and returned back to PH, now i have 1,650,000.00 in account i want to release the money to my hubby to build a house is it right and can we build 3bed room, kitchen and toilet with the amount of money.......Thanks.
